1. The carousel shakes too much and the noise is too loud when running
When the carousel shakes too much, we can check whether the large plate tire is leaking or deflated. If it is leaking, the tire should be replaced in time, and it can be inflated if it is deflated. When the noise is too loud, it means that the friction between the transmission part and the bearing is too large. We can add some lubricating oil for lubrication.
2. The carousel equipment cannot start normally
1. First, check whether there is a line fault in the electrical control cabinet. The carousel cannot start normally. First check whether the electric control cabinet is working normally (you can check whether the power indicator light is on. If it is on, there is no problem. If the indicator light is not on, check whether the line connecting the power supply to the electric control cabinet has a short circuit or short line problem); if there is no problem with the electric control cabinet, you can then check the relay knife, fuse, etc., and check whether the relay knife is closed, whether the fuse is blown, etc.; if there is no problem, then open the electric control cabinet to check whether the relay knife is closed, whether the fuse is blown, and if so, close the relay knife and replace the fuse. If the fault still exists after the above inspection, you can check whether the line is broken (mainly check the line connecting the electric control cabinet to the conductive ring of the carousel, and the line from the conductive ring to the motor. If there is a problem, deal with it in time.)
2. Next, check whether the motor has a fault. If the fault in 1 is solved but the fault problem is still not solved, we can check whether the motor has a fault. Remove the belt on the motor pulley, start the power button of the electric control cabinet, and then see if the motor works. If it does not work, the motor is damaged and needs to be replaced.
If a popular amusement facility, a carousel, malfunctions during operation, or a problem is discovered when it is not operating, we should immediately stop using the equipment and inspect and repair it. If we are unable to handle it ourselves, we should notify the maintenance personnel.
