1. Safety insurance measures
1. The number of wire ropes or chains used to hang the passenger part shall not be less than two. The connection with the seat part must be considered to maintain balance when one is disconnected.
2. The terminal of the wire rope should have a margin of no less than three turns on the drum.
3. When the amusement facility is in operation, the power supply is suddenly cut off or the equipment fails, endangering the safety of the passengers, an automatic or manual emergency stop device must be provided.
2. Anti-reverse device
1. The lifting system that pulls upward along the slope should be equipped with a device to prevent the passenger device from reversing (except for special operation modes)
2. The design of the anti-reverse distance of the anti-reverse device should minimize the impact load, and the anti-reverse must be reliable at the maximum impact load.
3. Passenger safety restraint device
1. The amusement equipment must be equipped with a corresponding form of restraint device according to its operation mode, speed and structure.
2. For amusement facilities with greater dangers, two sets of independent restraint devices should be considered if necessary. Safety belts, safety pressure bars, gear levers, etc. can be used.
4. Safety belts
The safety belt should be a high-strength belt suitable for outdoor use, such as nylon braided belts. The belt width should not be less than 30mm, and the breaking tension of the safety belt should not be less than 6000N. The connection between the safety belt and the body must be reliable and can withstand the forces generated by various foreseeable passenger actions. If it is directly fixed on the fiberglass parts, its fixing point must be firm and reliable, otherwise strengthening measures such as burying metal components should be taken.
5. Safety bar
1. The safety bar itself must have sufficient strength and locking force to ensure that tourists are not thrown out or fall, and it is always locked before the equipment stops running.
2. The floating amount of the end of the bar in the tightened state is not more than 35mm. The tightening process of the safety bar should be slow, and the maximum force applied to the passengers is: no more than 150N for adults and no more than 80N for children.
3. For amusement facilities with rolling movements, the shoulder-type pressure bars of the passengers should have two sets of reliable locking devices.
6. Safety requirements for safety fences, platforms and operating rooms
Safety fences or other effective isolation facilities should be installed around amusement facilities and on platforms 500mm above the ground. The height of outdoor safety fences shall not be less than 1100mm. The gap between the fences and the gap from the ground shall not be more than 120mm. It should be a vertical fence, and horizontal or oblique structures should not be used.
