As a special equipment, amusement facilities have gradually become an important symbol of the improvement of people’s quality of life and the richness of cultural and leisure activities. Do you know that amusement equipment needs to be regularly inspected on site after installation? Today, I will tell you about the relevant content of on-site inspection of amusement equipment.
For excellent facilities to be put into use after installation, overhaul or renovation, the inspection agency shall inspect the contents of the acceptance inspection provisions in accordance with relevant regulations. Amusement facilities that encounter natural disasters or equipment accidents that may affect their safety and technical performance, as well as amusement facilities that have been out of use for more than one year, shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of acceptance inspection after comprehensive inspection and overhaul; amusement facilities in use shall be inspected once a year in accordance with the provisions of the regular inspection provisions. The user of amusement facilities shall submit regular inspection requirements to the special equipment inspection and testing agency one month before the expiration of the validity period of the safety inspection in accordance with the regular inspection requirements of the safety technical specifications.
The inspected units of amusement facilities and relevant units such as installation and renovation shall provide relevant technical information to the inspection agency and arrange relevant professionals to cooperate with the inspection on site. The following inspection conditions should be met when conducting on-site inspections:
(i) The temperature, humidity, lighting and outdoor climate conditions can meet the requirements for normal operation and inspection of amusement facilities;
(ii) The voltage of the input electrical system is normal and the voltage fluctuation is within the allowable value;
(iii) There should be no items and equipment unrelated to the operation of the amusement facilities at the inspection site, and warning signs indicating that inspections are being carried out should be placed at the relevant sites. For amusement facilities that do not meet the conditions for on-site inspections, if continuing the inspection may cause safety and health damage, the inspectors may terminate the inspection.
